I work full time marketing and selling properties throughout the Dallas/Fort Worth area. I work with many local clients helping them to sell their current homes and buying their new homes as well. I also work with relocation companies which provide me with an in depth knowledge of special needs of relocating clients.

Commitment

Accurate Evaluation -- The correct selling price of a home is the highest price the market will bear. To determine the correct asking price, I provide you with a comprehensive market analysis of comparable sold and offered for sale in your neighborhood. I will give you my honest opinion of price. You may choose to list at any price or at yours if it is different. I will give my full effort and attention to marketing your home regardless of the price you choose.

Professional Advice -- I will advise you of any necessary repairs and how you may best prepare your home for showing. You will be kept up-to-date on the state of the market, recent sales and any other factors which affect the progress of the sale. I will advise you of the best mortgage solution for your specific needs and advise you about alternative financing solutions.

Innovative Marketing Plan -- I will design a marketing plan specific to the needs of your home to ensure the greatest exposure to the proper audience. You will also be kept informed of the marketing efforts with a call or written report every two weeks.

Contract Negotiation and Management -- I will assist you in contract negotiations and once we have an executed contract, ensure all arrangements are made to close the sale. These services include coordinating with Title Company, Mortgage Company, inspectors, appraisers, etc.

Office Hours, Communication and Follow-Up -- I am available 24X7 for emergencies and will return your non-emergency calls as soon as possible within 24 hours. I will speak with you personally at least every two weeks to keep you informed.
